  • $249 New Patient Offer Terms and Conditions

    • Eligibility: Available to patients attending Prospect Dental for the first time who do not hold private health insurance with dental extras cover. Not available to existing patients.

    • Online bookings only: The appointment must be booked online using the “$249 New Patient Offer” service.

    • Inclusions: The total package price is $249 and includes a comprehensive dental examination, a standard scale and clean, and bitewing x-rays where clinically indicated. Services are provided according to individual clinical needs.

    • Exclusions: Additional imaging, fillings, extractions, whitening, periodontal treatment and all other services outside the listed inclusions are charged separately.

    • Cleaning suitability: If a standard scale and clean is unsuitable because more extensive gum treatment is required, your dentist will explain the findings, treatment options and costs before proceeding.

    • Additional treatment: Any recommended treatment and associated fees will be explained before you agree to proceed. There is no obligation to undertake additional treatment.

    • Payment: The $249 fee is payable on the day of your appointment. This offer cannot be combined with another promotional discount.

    • Availability: Appointments are subject to availability. Prospect Dental may change or discontinue the offer at any time. Eligible bookings confirmed before a change or withdrawal will be honoured.

    • Consumer rights: These terms do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Free Whitening Consultation - Terms and Conditions

    • Eligibility: Available to all new and existing patients at Prospect Dental.

    • Bookings: Appointments can be booked online by selecting “Free Whitening Consultation” or over the phone by mentioning the offer. Subject to appointment availability.

    • Inclusions: A free consultation to discuss whitening options, review initial suitability and explain treatment costs, potential risks and expected outcomes.

    • No obligation: No purchase is required. The consultation remains free whether you proceed with treatment, choose not to proceed or are unsuitable for whitening.

    • Exclusions: Whitening treatment, products, custom trays, comprehensive dental examinations, x-rays, cleaning and all other dental services are not included.

    • Further assessment: Additional examination or care may be required before whitening can begin. Any recommendations and associated fees will be explained and your consent obtained before proceeding. These services are not required to access the free consultation.

    • Clinical suitability: Whitening is not suitable for everyone. A consultation does not guarantee that whitening will be recommended or provided. You may be deemed unsuitable if you have active decay, periodontal issues, or other conditions deemed unsafe to proceed.

    • Results and risks: Results vary, and no particular shade or duration of results is guaranteed. Sensitivity and gum irritation may occur. Existing fillings, crowns and veneers do not whiten like natural teeth.

    • Offer availability: Prospect Dental may change or discontinue the offer at any time. Bookings confirmed before a change or withdrawal will be honoured.

    • Consumer rights: These terms do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
